Touchstone Energy® Announces 6 Members with
Top 5 ACSI® Broadband Scores in 2024
Touchstone Energy is pleased to recognize six members that received one of the top 5 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores for broadband services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in 2024.
The top five scores in 2024 ranged from 86 to 92 which compares favorably with non-fiber internet service providers’ annual average score of 68 and fiber internet service providers’ annual average score of 76 per the 2024 ACSI Telecommunications Study.
