Sponsored by Touchstone Energy® and conducted by the CFI Group/ACSI®, the research series Member Perspectives provides residential member-owners of Touchstone Energy member cooperatives with the opportunity to share their viewpoints and opinions on a wide range of timely topics revolving around energy consumption, communications, beneficial electrification, and more.
The Value of Participating in Member Perspectives:
- Direct engagement of member-owners in relevant research
- Feedback on current topics that affect member-owners, electric cooperatives, and
- their communities
- Actionable recommendations on opportunities for marketing, communications,
- energy information, and additional programs and services
- Participation is free to Touchstone Energy members
- Member-owners completing all tasks receive an incentive in the form of a digital

American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)
The American Customer Satisfaction Index has been a long-time benefit of membership in Touchstone Energy. Each year hundreds of co-ops benchmark their performance against industry averages and their own past performance. We have several ways to get your score that take into consideration co-op staff bandwidth and budget realities.
There is no barrier to getting a score that we can’t help you address so take the plunge and start your journey toward a clearer picture of your member-owners' views. Each quarter, Touchstone Energy releases the Top 5 Touchstone Energy ACSI Scores. And each year, Touchstone Energy releases the Top 5 Broadband Scores and the Top 5 Touchstone Energy Annual ACSI Scores.
